I'm having an issue with a mobile return, currently the phone is at the office in Pennsylvania, and I need someone to reach out to me or I need a contact information for someone. The phone was signed for when received by  -M.Mcnickolas. I have tried calling and chatting with support, and went to two different xfinity stores and no one can help me. I really dont want to pay for a phone I do not have.

Hello @user_9afxbb am so sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with your mobile return. Navigating a return issue that involves a specific shipment can be frustrating, especially when it feels like you aren't getting the right help. 

To confirm, was your mobile device not delivered to your home but to a local store?
