Good afternoon user_kxeesh. We can certainly help you with unlocking the device. Is the device fully paid off? Under device settings, did you already turn off Number Lock? Here are some steps for that as well https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-number-lock-help.

Thank you so much for responding. Yes the device is fully paid off. My phone was an add on to my Aunts Xfinity account. I received verification of closure from Xfinity and am no longer on her account.

I went through the process of inserting the new sim card with my new service provider, received the pin# to complete the transfer, however, Xfinity did not unlock my phone and I am unable to contact Xfinity to correct this situation. Please help. Thanks
