Phone order and customer service
Ugh, third attempt to post this. Bought phone from Xfinity in the store to be delivered on Monday. That didn't happen. I have been a customer forever. I made several attempts to get help and answers today andnI have gotten tons of different delivery dates and also told that they are out of stock and no known date for getting. Why did they tell me so much misinformation?? I don't know who to believe and am questioning staying with the company. Then when I call and do get a person on a call their connection drops and they do not call back even if they say they will. Are they trained to flat out lie? Why did the store say Monday, the the live chat said the 12, then same live chat swore they were having a phone FedEx tonight, then another said they have no earthly idea when the phone will be in stock. Then when I question the discrepancy in information they drop.I am so frustrated!!
