Phone replacement

I put in a claim on June 3rd for a replacement, they say they dont have one, its almost been 2 months and they just give me the runaround. Plus they've already taken my payment for the replacement

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

I was told, that maybe the only other option was to finance another phone, im still paying on this one. What's the purpose of insurance then?? I will be looking into a new phone service, I have 3 lines,plus internet and tv with you guys, maybe a time for a change.

Was on a 3 way call where xfinity and me were calling them, and you guys couldn't even get a live person much less me lol
