Phone return

I just order the iPhone 17 pro as a device upgrade for my 14 pro that comes with my plan i got the device but was travelling so i thought to cancel my xfinity internet which inturn increase my premium adding a standalone fee so I just wanted to return thw phone and returned it the following day in a xfinity store the device is not activated and the box is unopened the store took in the device and gave me a return reciept saying i will get the refund in 6-7 business days its been two weeks and nothing was updated on my account yet . When i called the customer service representatives they told the device is not shipped yet but when i talked with the chat they kept on saying i will be refunded in 12 hours , 2 hours etc , now the device isnt shipped yet when i send my friend to the store where i have returned the device they told the device have been shipped but i didnot get any mail when I called the customer service representatives they told I cannot return the device if its not activated and they said that the store employes did a mistake I dont know what is happening . I ported out of xfinity 5 days ago but because i have the device on my account I still have the mobile bill and installment bill on my account . Pls help me with whats going on and what should I do

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
