Phone stolen by Fed Ex, empty box

I picked up my phone from FedEx. I was excited to finally receive my upgrade, only to find that inside the Pixel phone box, there was no phone. Make sure you check your delivery boxes!

Thank you for your response. Yes, I did report this. It was very difficult between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to get support due to the holiday. But I did reach someone in Mobile support yesterday who was extremely helpful. I filed my police report, and I'm waiting for an email from Xfinity. I'm hopeful to move past this whole situation soon. Such a bummer.
