Phone Stolen by FedEx — Received Empty Box
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 from Xfinity Mobile. Two days later, it was delivered while I wasn’t home. The shipment required a direct signature, but the FedEx driver signed for it themselves and left it at my door.
Less than 20 minutes later, I retrieved the package and could immediately tell it was empty. The box was ripped open, retaped with clear tape, and the flaps were bent and refolded so badly you could see inside. My camera footage clearly shows the FedEx driver delivering the empty box in that condition.
I reported this to Xfinity right away, was told a claim had been opened, and that it would be resolved within seven days. We are now approaching that deadline and I have not heard any update. In the meantime, I’ve filed a police report and reported the theft to FedEx. The phone is still showing on my bill.
I need a clear and immediate timeline for resolution. Otherwise, I will be canceling my service, filing a complaint with the FTC, and disputing the charge with my credit card company based on other Xfinity customers’ support experience in this situation.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
