Phone Transfer

I am trying to transfer my mobile service to another provider. My mobile number has already been transferred and ported but my new provider suspects that the new eSIM will is not compatible because my number is still locked by XFinity. Please help.

Since it's been a few days,  where your issues resolved on getting your number ported out?

Yes. Everything was sorted out. SIM was locked.
