Phone won't unlock
I submitted a ticket last week to unlock 3 phones. 2 of the three unlocked ok. The 3rd one hasn't been able to unlock for 6 days. I have contacted xfinity over chat and the phone every day since then with no success. What can be done about this?

Hello @stokerfam I know I wouldn't be too happy if I ran into the same issue, so we want to ensure that you get the help you need for your devices to be unlocked! In order to be eligible to unlock a device, it has to be paid off in full and not on any payment plans. It must have also been at least 60 days since your phone was activated, your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance and your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen or involved in fraudulent activity. Have you ensured that your 3rd device meets all of these requirements?
