Phones order label created on 11/27/23 but no status after that.
I have a Xfinity mobile phone order. Label was created on 11/27/23. As of now, FedEx still said they haven’t got the package yet. I have called Xfinity and she told the package has been shipped out. Just look for email and text for update. I have just contacted FedEx this morning. FedEx said they don’t have the package yet. So something along the line the package is missing? Please help to look into this ASAP. Thanks!
