Pixel 10 Pro fold upgrade
On Monday I processed a pixel 10 Pro fold upgrade and here it is Friday and the device still has never shipped. Already had representatives lied to me over the phone saying they escalated it and I promise I will get it to you in 24 hours.
I am so tempted to just cancel my order because I'm still in the status that I can cuz it's giving me bad vibes that this process is not going to go well. The device shows as available on their website and then a representative's going to tell me the devices in high demand that's why. But they are quick to take the money out of your bank account and if you cancel, your order takes forever to get your money back

Hello, @TAJ99 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
