Porting Verizon Voicemail

Added 3 new lines ---one line will not release Verizon as the former carrier. It says Carrier - Call. I have spent 4 hours on line with Xfinity today - multiple network resets, new Esim, you name it we did it. In the end we got a new Esim and stablished new voicemail, however, it still shows Verizon as the connected voicemail so we have two voicemails for one line - and what happened as the Verizon voicemail shows as full - even when all Voicemails from Xfinity and clear and folks cannot leave a voicemail...and it means we spend time deleting from both....and Xfinity tells us to call Verizon and Verizon says we cannot help as you are no longer our client and sorry closed.  No one helps. Hours spent troubleshooting and no results. Pro max 13...sad.

After being on hold again with Verizon - they resolved over the phone - they indicated this tends to occur when the phone is recently ported - however, this line was activated 3 months ago so they took care of it while waiting.
