Print Label button not working

I’m traded my iPhone 14 in for a 17 Pro and the “Print My Label” button is grayed out, preventing me from being able to ship it. Please help!

Hello @user_06a1m5 sorry to hear you're having trouble, here are two ways to print your label:

 

1st way: Select Device tab

 

- From the Devices page, select Trade-In detail for the device associated with the TIP order.

 

- You will see the option to print it.

 

2nd way: Through the "billing" tab on the Xfinity mobile website

 

http://xfinity.com/mobile

 

 

- From the Billing page, select the balance associated with the device order number.

 

- This takes the customer to the device order summary.

 

- Select Trade-in details.

 

- The customer then will see the device trade-in status and the option to Print Return Label.

No this did not work the print Label button is grayed out meaning it’s disabled.
