Process for direct payout plan

I am looking for process on how to complete the direct payout plan with Xfinity after recently switching from ATT to Xfinity.  Under plan, Xfinity was to pay off up to $500 of my remaining iphone bill.  I now have the confirmation that I paid off.  How do I submit for reimbursement?

To complete a direct payout plan for mobile with Xfinity, follow these steps:
**Eligible new line:** Bring your own compatible device and switch to Xfinity Mobile by porting your number.
**Site enrollment:** Enroll in the Mobile Time to Switch microsite to upload your last mobile bill from your previous carrier.
**Verification:** A third-party vendor verifies your bill documentation, and Xfinity confirms the number was ported.
**Redemption:** After successful verification, you will receive a virtual prepaid Mastercard via email.

Of course, user_a8g4rv! This is the website https://mobiletimetoswitch.xfinity.com/#/purchaseinfo, but when I follow the link, it states, "Sorry! This offer is currently unavailable." Just to confirm, did you previously try signing up for this offer?
