Promised phone pay out

hi my name is [Edited: Personal Information] few months back it was braught to my attention of a deal that was going on and i was talked into switching phone services to xfinity from verizon that i had been with for many years some of the perks that i wqs led to beleave and told by xfinity was that they would pay what was left on my phone bill to verizon so i could switch over to them and so i took Great thaught in it and it was way cheeper than what i was paying before for 2 lines so i took the deal and switched it came time to process my first  bill and i was reaformed that the promotion was false and the xfinity person i spoke to miss led me with information since then i am left with a hefty bill now to pay the phones off from verizon and so i called xfinity and they said they would take care of it since it is on there part and wrong doing of any of this situation happening so i was told to get whats left that i owe and give them the bill and they  would take care of it still to this day i have called plenty of times probably over 10 times and they just give me the run around saying the same thing and still yet nothing has happend to take care of my situation the phone bill is on me still yet to pay

When I switched from my previous service provider to Xfinity Mobile, the savings were great and saved me over $80 a month with 4 lines. 

If the promotional offer was not in effect at the time of purchase, we regret that we will be unable to provide reimbursement for the device from your previous carrier. As the promotional campaign was not available at the time of sale, we would not be able to check and validate additional eligibility requirements and more. All details of any promotion at the time of sale would have been provided within the customer approval which takes place during the sales transaction.

@XfinityDemitrius​ that’s funny cause I just talked to yall today and yall taking care of it for me and was told the total opposite of what you just stated thx again tho and I have screenshots I have voice recording and ticket numbers if my case stating the total opposite as well stating that you guyes will be taking care of me with this situation so will be made or taken to court with all proof in hand every little document of Xfinity stating that they was going to take care of this since this my good sir was def not my fault or on us it was on your Xfinity team for providing the wrong information voice recordings of multiple Xfinity workers stating other was thx for commenting tho and the reason why I got a different turn out was cause I provide you guyes with all the proof of every little thing that went down to you guyes
