receipt

I just paid off my iPhone today and could not get a detailed receipt from Xfinity. I went to the store and be told to call Xfinity Mobile but when I called they told me to get it from the store. This is ridiculous. Why it is so hard to get just a receipt for my payment? I want a receipt that shows the number of phone I paid off.

You should be able to locate those details on our great app.

Thanks for your response. I’ve already canceled the phones I just paid off, but I still have another number with Xfinity under my account. I can see my monthly bill, but there’s no option to view the receipt for the phones I paid off.

I received an email about the payment, but it only shows the amount and doesn’t include my name or phone number. I need a receipt that includes both my phone number and name for reimbursement with my company.

Could you please advise on how I can obtain this receipt?

@jj8215 You may have to wait for your next statement to come in. It will show your name, account number, and the payments on it.

I am literally having the same issue and have been to the store four times and called in at least five. Twice I have been told that I will be receiving a receipt in my email. One person told me it would take 7 to 10 business days and the next person told me I would get it in 24 hours. That was 10 day, 30 hours ago. I need this receipt to submit to AT&t who will be paying me for the phones that I paid off. It is completely ridiculous that anywhere you go, you are issued a receipt immediately after your purchase. I could go to the grocery store and buy a bag of potato chips and I will get a detailed receipt with the date, the item I purchased, the SKU number for that purchase, the method of payment, etc.  I am beyond furious and plan to go back to the store this weekend. I cannot get anywhere calling in and when I go to the store they tell me I need to call customer service and when I call customer service they tell me I need to go to the store yada yada yada...
