Receiving Phone
I need to pickup the phone at the Fedex Station as I run a Fedex business and will never be off to sign for the phone. The Chat will not let me speak with an agent and I don't see a phone number anywhere. I'm on the 2nd attempt. The driver hasn't ever left a doortag so technically he hasn't attempted correctly yet but I don't know Expresses rules as I am on the Ground side of things.
