I'm paying for a mobile phone line that I'm not using. I am using Verizon now and no longer use an iPhone. There is no data usage on my account

@drudesy, thank you for taking the time to reach out using the Community Forums page. We would be happy to assist you with your mobile line related concerns. Just to confirm, did you transfer your number over to the other carrier or did you just create a new line with a new number?
