Return label
I need to return a phone that we traded in but the email that was sent to me does not work. I click on print return label and it's just a black screen. I have talked to customer service twice in the last 2 days and they insist they elevated it and that I would receive a new email within 1-2 hours. Guess what, I still haven't received said email. How can I get a return label before they cancel my trade in and charge me?

Now a 3rd time talking to someone and not getting a label. I got a ticket # but still no resolution.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have been trying to fix it since last week. The time for turning in my cell phone is running out and I know I’m gonna get [Edited: Language]. I have tried getting help online, over the phone where a Comcast person told me to reset my Wi-Fi which disconnected us, and finally I went to the Xfinity store in my area where they set up a help ticket for me, but nothing has come of it.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

I had the same issue, web chat and phone chat were not very useful. Finally I logged into my xfinity mobile account (xfinity.com/mobile) and printed it from there, go to devices and there should be a link to your trade-in and it'll generate the return label.
