Return trade in shipping label

The emails Xfinity sends me for shipping label has something wrong with it.   Unable to view or print label

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience. Have you tried clearing your caches on your browser and going back into the e-mail and trying to print off the shipping label
