Good luck. I’ve been to the xfinity store twice totaling over 2 hours to get a return code for the new iPhone 17pro. Spent 90 minutes with various xfinity reps over phone and “chat” at the store. I ended up paying $12 at FedEx to return an upoened package.
they insisted on “activating “ the new phone. I refused to let them activate a phone in its box from fedex

@Nk1820 The same thing happened with me I wanted to return 17 pro and returned it in the store they took the device off my hand on sept 22 it isnt shipped yet to the store the device is unopened and not activated when i talked on phone they said its need to be activated any inputs i am confused
