user_c82zfm That is a great question thank you so much for coming to the Xfinity forums to see if you can use your Xfinity device rewards offer in an Xfinity store. Most of the reward offers are account-specific an require the use of a digital code. That digital code would need to be used online at Xfinity.com to be redeemed. If your code was redeemable in-store your offer details would let you know.

Good evening @kcunha11, and thank you for reaching out to our dedicated Communities team on our Forums, we appreciate it and hope you are having a wonderful weekend! We appreciate you being an XFINITY Rewards member and your interest in mobile service. Our awesome Rewards program offers a mix of awesome perks but there are offers that are account-specific based on tier and some also require the use of a digital code. All Rewards offers have to be redeemed through your XFINITY account but luckily viewing and redeeming your rewards is easy using our awesome XFINITY app. For more information, I have included the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq.

We do also have some awesome mobile promotions going on currently! It sounds like you might be interested in a trade in offer, is that correct? If you'd like to explore our current offers further, I have included the following link https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/. Is there an offer you might be interested in?
