Rude store manager

I went in a month ago when the IPhone 18s came out, they didn’t have what I wanted, so he gave me his number and he would let me know when he had them in and set it aside for me. I texted and called that number and I could see him reading my messages and would never respond. I go today,10/19/2026, they had the phone in stock, I misplaced my physical ID since the last time I went in the manger said it was no problem, he would work around it with my digital. So today I tell the lady what the manager said, he came CHARGING towards me saying he NEVER said that, I said yes you did, I have the messages, and he was so loud and every one in the store was starting to stare, I just calmly got up and left. He was so nice in the beginning and today was so rude. I guess don’t believe any one can be nice, or keep their word. I’ve also seen so many complaints about this manager on 5220 Wadsworth Byp
