Samsung Galaxy Watch was written off Xfinity failed to provide a return label

Samsung Galaxy Watch was written off Xfinity failed to provide a return label.  Return label was requested the same day I received the watch.  Connection issues and never worked.  Comcast couldn't get it to work either after trouble shooting.  It was deemed defective.  They had an issue provide a return label (mind you the same day that I received the watch).  I was told a ticket was put in and the department was back logged.  I called almost every day, case noted were put in and more tickets, then was told it was too late to return it.  I told them what happened, they checked then I was told it would be written off due to their error which they couldn't fixed.  This was in March of 2026 and it's now October 2026 and I have to call every month to explain why they shouldn't bill me.  Each month they credit me, then tell me the same thing it has been removed.  Well it hasn't....can someone permanently remove this watch from my account.  This is ridiculous and stressful and time consuming.  Please help! I am seriously contemplating on closing my Xfinity account because of this ongoing issue.

@user_vaog8k good morning I'm sorry to hear your concern hasn't been addressed yet. We'd be happy to submit a ticket to our Xfinity Mobile team, but we'll need to access your account first so we can assist. To start the process, please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
