Scam

You guys have both of my phones in your possessions iPhone 14 and iPhone 12 I don’t have the promotion app applied to my account and no one has sent me my phones back every time I open tickets up you guys deny them. It’s been this way from December 20, 2014 I am at the bottom line at this point and will be reaching out to legal advice in the near future if this does not get resolved this week also every time I post in this forum, I get my stuff deleted. I will be taking a screenshot for proof

Why has no one still responded to me? This has been going on for nearly 6 months. Why is this not resolved
