Sent A TV Box Set Up, I Just Need a Return Label for TRADE-IN
I joined Xfinity Mobile this September after being with T-Mobile as part of a promotion that offered discounted rates with a qualifying trade-in. A mailing label for the trade-in was NEVER sent to me. I contacted customer service a few times and was told that Xfinity would reach out to send the label and a box to ship out the phone I am trading in, but I never received it. The deadline for receiving the trade-in is approaching. I've had no email confirmation from Xfinity on how to get a label. I am worried I will not be getting the promotional price on my monthly bill because they have not received the trade in. Also for some odd reason I was sent a TV box set up, I don't even have a TV and never ordered their TV service.
Anyone else have this issue?

Good afternoon user_lk0qiv. Thank you, for reaching out through our Xfinity Community Forum! We appreciate you joining the Xfinity Mobile family, for sure! I definitely understand your concern if you are awaiting a return label. I will be happy to take a look into that for you. As for the box you may have received, I can look into that too. It sounds like it may be a Xumo Stream box which we provide to our Xfinity internet customers at no monthly cost. It allows you to access a lot of free streaming content, as well as subscription content like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and more if you have existing subscriptions.
