@user_vacjvm There are potentially some prorated charges left over due to us billing a month in advance. Depending on when you requested to cancel service fell within your cycle, would determine if and how much of a charge there would be left over after canceling service. All of that will be outlined on the final monthly statement that generates on the bill print date listed on the top of your monthly statement after the change was completed.
