sign up promotions / chat transcript

Hi -- first, I was wondering how to get a chat transcript from August 10, 2025 and then would like to address the reassurances made regarding the sign up promos we were to receive for switching our mobile service to Xfinity on 3 lines with BYOP. We switched to Xfinity on June 18 and today is October 1 and I'm still trying to get this ironed out.
