Smartwatch con

Like all the others on forum was conned into accepting “free” smartwatch. I have paid for it for 1.4 yrs and switched to Verizon. I am still getting billed for 12.59 ea month even tho I have no mobile service. I’ve never used the watch and want this bill to stop. However now told have to pay for free watch to stop billing.
