SPAM ADS ON LOCK SCREEN

I just got this samsung galaxy and i am infuriated that my phone is spammed with random ads on the lock screen, and i have to click and view them to get to my phone WHICH WASTES MY TIME AND ENERGY

I already turned off every [Edited: "Language"] notification i can find and still SPAM..   this totally [Edited: "Language"]
