Stolen Iphone from package
I received a package with No Iphone. I noticed right away and went to the delivery guy while I was waving and screaming he just looked at me and left. I called Xfinity and Fedex right away and put a claim. I followed every step including doing a police report. Was informed by Xfinity someone will call me within 2 days it been a week and no call. But im getting charged already for a phone I don’t even have and they can even track that it was never activated by me. Everytime I call to speak with a supervisor they refuse to transfer my call. Can someone help…

Sorry to hear this happened to you as well! I had the same issue on December 18th. Only, I realized it after the delivery driver left. I filed a claim with Fedex, informed Xfinity and was told I needed to submit a police report along with pictures. Which I didn't have a problem getting. I was supposed to get an email so that I could attach my documents but I never received it and its been over a week.
