Stolen package with xfinity phones

Question

I need an email to send a police report as phones that were mailed to me marked as delivered was never delivered and per the fedex corporate security a fedex warehouse worker stole the phones and I need a refund to repurchase again. This has been going on too long with little to no help and bad customer service.
