I just got off phone with y’all customer care support again just to find out y’all wiped my account. lol good thing I have proof on my bank that y’all did take money from my account and made an unauthorized transaction from a card that was revoked from y’all and I have print out and screenshots of EVERYTHING including yo lying ssa reps/supervisor charged the wrong amounts knowing that I was being charged for devices that YOU ALL sent to my old address after I used YALL MOVING SERVICE. I had to file a police report about that. What is wrong with y’all. Why ain’t y’all just give me my money back? Now we here
@XfinityGabriel your account and claims you never existed. Well my bank account exists and you allsname is on it; pulling out an extreme lump of cash for a service I never received is crazy. I already contacted my bank I have statements and screenshots that I DID EXIST and y’all authorized a payment I DID NOT without permission. Horrible and lying customer service
Then claim your refunding funds 🤔 where did you refund them too. It wasn’t my bank! Wasn’t the account cause I don’t have one 🤔 so where did the refund go too same wrong amount is charged on my bank account
