Terrible waste of time

I am going to take ALL of my business elsewhere - was on a chat for an hour today to make sure my daughter could upgrade her phone by coordinating visits to an Xfinity Store in Chicago and Denver. Waste of time - perhaps the Denver associate wanted to get the comission so my daughter was told that SHE had to purchase the phone - I am DONE

I took the time to chat with a real person online amd was told that our conversation was noted - when my daughter went to her store in Denver and I was going to my store in Chicago, she was.told that I would have to order the phone - have it sent to me and then send to her...on my account, it indicated a free upgrade. She went to Best Buy to get the phone and I am going to change to AT&T. We could have face timed and  took the time to actually go to the store - so now you have lost her business and will be losing mine - pretty pathetic
