Terrible

I have typed this 4 times just to be told an error occurred to type again. I want my issue fixed today or  I am going to the better business bureau, the state attorney general and I am switching companies! For the love of god I pay for a service and can’t get help. I am trying to upgrade my phone and no one in the entire company seems to understand or help or know what they’re doing. This is what happens when jobs are outsourced and no one understands you.
