Me and my husband cannot text anyone else on xfinity network, including each other. My texts are simply not going through. We've restarted our phones dozens of times and upgraded one of our phones

Good Morning, @user_dptmh2 I'm truly sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue. Since it's been a few days since your last post, are you and your husband still unable to send text messages to other Xfinity Mobile customers, including each other? If so, please let us know and we'll continue working with you to get this resolved.
