the new cell phone that was supposed to arrive

On October 9, we met with Audra at the Xfinity Store on Wetmore Road. My wife ordered a new cell phone as per your promotion. Audra assured us it would arrive soon. It is November 17 and no new cell phone. We cannot reach Audra . Please clarify.
