I upgraded my home internet, got offered a free ipad, accepted against my better judgement.

New ipad arrives, then Xfinity calls me and says that it was refurbished and I need to return it for a "replacement" along with a gift card for $100 for the inconvenience.  

I returned the ipad via UPS shipping.  Then the "replacement" ipad shows up.  

Month later and I have bills for 2 devices, 2 payment plans, and 2 mobile lines.  

For the past 3 months xfinity has refused to remove the returned device because "they can't find".  So [Edited: "Language"] me right!?

I'm to the point of labeling them as fraud through my bank. 

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I will drop all their services at the first opportunity.
