Thieves!

They charged me for 2 phones and I only have 1 phone on the line. Over paid $583.24 and they will not return my money. Same phone, same imei, same number. One says deactivated, the other works. I have screen shots of the device(s) and of the payments made. I brought it to their attention and a ticket was opened. But was rejected. Even when I proved I was paying twice for the same phone. Now an s23+ cost me not $1000 but $1583.24 so far because of the double charge. I would never recommend xfinity to anyone!
