Trade In SCAM - Reported to BBB
Xfinity and Rewards promotion company (Blackhawk Network) refuse to honor their Rewards promo offer. It's been a nightmare! In October, Xfinity offered for us to leave AT&T and they would pay off our remaining iphone balance(approx $2000 for 4 iphones) and for the trade-in, we received 4 new iphones and set up 4 mobile lines. We finally received, in December, a pre-paid virtual card, that was short $500. We have called the rewards promo company (Blackhawk), who tells us they cannot resolve the difference and instructs us to resolve with Xfinity. We call Xfinity, and they send us back to the promo Rewards team. It is an endless loop of hours and hours on the phone, with no resolution. Today, we requested to speak with an Xfinity supervisor and was denied! The customer service rep said this was out of their scope. We wish we never left AT&T.

Hello user_4fb79a We definitely were running a promo to get $500 reimbursement for each phone that was paid off and traded in for a new one. We have a specific team that we can open a ticket with that handles those gift cards. Once we check your account if that ticket has already been opened we worst case have a separate mobile escalations team we can have get involved. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
