Trade In Shipping Label

We recently upgraded my son's phone and selected the option to trade in his old phone. The label I received to return the trade in to Assurant is blank. I have called Xfinity 5 days in a row trying to get a valid shipping label to submit our trade in. No one has helped. I don't think the customer service team understands what I need. I have been at an Xifinity store as well and they do not accept trade ins. HELP!

Wow! I’m in the same boat. I was told to visit an Xfinity store to get them to print the missing label. So they couldn’t print the label at the store?

The store told me they couldn’t do anything. So I called customer service back again and was relentless and I kind of felt bad because I was very firm, but I wasn’t getting off the phone until I had an answer. Apparently you can log into your Xfinity account on the internet NOT in the app… And then you go to billing if you scroll down there should be a section called shipping or orders, its at the bottom. Find the order for the new phone and within that screen, there’s a button to click To get the trade-in label. Why nobody on God‘s green earth could explain this to me before I wasted several hours and got very irate. I have no idea.

@user_0cfe2r​ thanks for the info! But on my end I don’t see that section in my billing section. 

I tried a live chat again and even they are getting errors on their end when trying to print the labels. 

I was told the store can print them somehow. I will go this weekend and see but it makes no sense why the stores can magically print them and nobody else can print them.

The support team on Reddit was able to help me. I had to reach out to them directly with a direct message and they were able to escalate it and email me the labels.
