Trade In Shipping Label
We recently upgraded my son's phone and selected the option to trade in his old phone. The label I received to return the trade in to Assurant is blank. I have called Xfinity 5 days in a row trying to get a valid shipping label to submit our trade in. No one has helped. I don't think the customer service team understands what I need. I have been at an Xifinity store as well and they do not accept trade ins. HELP!

Wow! I’m in the same boat. I was told to visit an Xfinity store to get them to print the missing label. So they couldn’t print the label at the store?

The support team on Reddit was able to help me. I had to reach out to them directly with a direct message and they were able to escalate it and email me the labels.
