Traded in my iPhone XR for an iPhone 14
Long story short I sent in my iPhone XR to get an iPhone 14 my old iphone XR Wasn’t really good conditions as far as the body of the device and the screen. The physical of the device was intact barely any dents or scratches, and there was no cracks on the screen. The only bad thing about it was that I had really bad battery life and I never understood why I never got the credit that I was promised.
so now I’m paying off an iPhone 14 for the next two years. And I was forced to get a new phone number to supposedly be able to get that credit. So now I’m paying 3 phohe lines and now i am paying $120 every month.
i wanted my phone number without getting another number and now i’m stuck. They won’t take me seriously and said i have to wait til the device is payed off 😭 Another thing is that an agent lied to me and said that if I got the thousand megabytes per second Internet plan that i would get a free iPad. I am such a bull head that I went ahead and got that deal and when I was about to pay for that iPad I was told that the iPad Was not free. Never was and there was no such thing as a free iPad.
every agent that I talked to after that I straight up, told them that an agent had lied to me some of them apologized But never tried to make it right for me not even a credit back for inconvenience. Instead, they insisted that I would get an Apple Watch even though I have told them that I don’t need another Apple Watch and I straight up told them to stop offering me their deals because of that particular insident about the “free iPad”

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
