Trade-In issues

I keep getting an email telling me to turn off FindMy or my trade in will be canceled. FindMy is turned off, nobody in the chat speaks proper English and understands how to help me and I cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone. I feel like I am being scammed, I need somebody to look into this!!
