Trade-in Return Label Link Not Working

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from my iPhone 15 Pro to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max through Xfinity Mobile’s trade-in program. Everything went smoothly with the upgrade, but I’m having trouble completing the trade-in.

The email Xfinity sent me included a link to print out the shipping label for returning my iPhone 15 Pro, but when I click the link it just opens a blank page. I’ve tried on both my phone and computer with no luck. I even called Xfinity customer support, but unfortunately they weren’t able to help me with the issue. Since I need to send the device back in order to receive the monthly bill credits, I don’t want to miss the return deadline.

Has anyone else run into this problem, and is there a way to request a new return label or get it resent? I really don’t want to lose out on the trade-in credits.

Same issue on my end. I tried to call and have them resend the shipping labels but they "couldn't" do it for some reason. I was told I can goto the Xfinity Store and have them print labels. I'll see how that goes in a few days.

Wow, that’s frustrating. Sounds exactly like what I’m dealing with too. I can’t believe they can’t just resend a simple return label, especially when the whole trade-in credit depends on it. The idea of having to go to an Xfinity Store just to print a label feels ridiculous. Please let us know if it actually works when you try—this whole process shouldn’t be this hard.

The support team on Reddit was able to help me. I had to reach out to them directly with a direct message and they were able to escalate it and email me the labels.

@Jimwil2000​ I had the same issue, web chat and phone chat were not very useful. Finally I logged into my xfinity mobile account (xfinity.com/mobile) and printed it from there, go to devices and there should be a link to your trade-in and it'll generate the return label.

Awesome it worked - Wow I can't believe how incompetent their support is. Talked to 6!!! so called customer service reps. One even said wow $700 trade in is not possible. Then I got a 10 cents!!!!! discount for whatever reason. So I am videotaping packing my phone - I already had it verified at store 3 days ago that it is in PERFECT condition. Rarely used and always in case. I wouldn't have traded it in if it wasn't 100% sure I get $700 off.

@x6i7mjx9q​ Yes. Do this.This worked. Thank you.. The email with a "Download Shipping Label" link didn't work for me. Nowhere in the email does it mention this as an alternative. But this worked. Thank you!

@x6i7mjx9q​ I tried this but in my case there was no link under “devices”. After fiddling around for quite a bit I tried to unlock my line (some safety feature) and then the link suddenly appeared. Posting in case someone has the same issue.

Same.  I've opened it in Safari and Google.  I've copy and pasted.  Nothing works.  I just get taken to the sales page.  The customer service live chat is clueless.  how do we make it work?

After calling 6 times I all the sudden got email with a FedEx label. I also got into my account as suggested under devices and could download a USPS label. I chose to use tue FedEx label. Already dropped it off with receipt. Now let's hope everything goes smooth and they dont' [Edited: "Language"] me out of the $700 credit.
