Trade-in

I traded in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 15.
This time I paid full price for the iPhone 15.
How will the trade-in money be refunded?

I was told I would hear from them later, but no one has contacted me.

File a complaint with FCC and BBB. I was told for months different things and none of them happened.
