Transfer pin

I have been trying to get my transfer pin but my account has been blocked due to a remaining balance! I know this is illegal, to hold someone’s number hostage!! I have been given the run around all week regarding this situation and the customer service has been ridiculous! There has to be a way to get this resolved!

Hi there, @user_8mdefy! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. You should be able to get a transfer pin by following these instructions:


1. Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account online and go to the Devices tab.

2. Select the device associated with the mobile number you want to transfer.

3. Scroll down to Transfer your number, cancel this line and select Learn More.

4. Choose the active line and send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that line.

Enter the OTP and select Confirm Code.

5. Send yourself a text message with the security PIN, which expires in 24 hours.
