Two accounts under same mobile number

I cannot pull up one of my bills associate with my phone number. I think the issue is that I have two separate accounts. One account has the internet and mobile line for ipad. The other older account only has my cell phone associated with it. I cannot pull up the bill details for the cell phone. I really need to, so I can update the payment method.

Hi there, user_d4e91s! I appreciate your detailed message about what is happening so we can best help! Have you tried to login with your cell phone number and normal Xfinity password to view the cell phone account? You can also check to see if the accounts are linked. In the Xfinity app, press the Account tab on the bottom bar and scroll to the bottom to select the Switch Accounts button. If there is another account available with your login, it would show there.

 

If neither of those options work to view the account, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
