Unable to test

Yes every time I run the test in Xfinity Mobile....my speed is good but it always say it's unable to test my devices.  Anybody know how to fix this?

Jasonc126 Hey there! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Are you trying to test the device connected to your home network through our Xfinity App?

Yes but every time I run the test for the connected devices, I get this error "Something went again.  Please try again"

Have you tried to run the test on the Xfinity website instead of the Xfinity app?
