Unable to view and print shipping label for trade-in

The emails Xfinity sends me for shipping label has something wrong with it. I can't view or print label both for mine and wife's.

I tried clearing caches on my browser and going back into the e-mail trying to print off the shipping label both on Safari and Chrome. Both didn't work.

Hi there, @usatie! I apologize the labels have not been working. We are able to set up a ticket to have a label sent to you. I see that you already sent through a direct message, so I will continue there. 

 

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. We are happy to continue helping you there, but please keep that in mind for the future.

I had the same issue, web chat and phone chat were not very useful. Finally I logged into my xfinity mobile account (xfinity.com/mobile) and printed it from there, go to devices and there should be a link to your trade-in and it'll generate the return label.
