Undelivered iPhone 17 Pro Max

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max on 12 September in hopes to get it on the release date of the 19th. My phone was shipped out and FedEx sent me updates and the last update that I received was at 11 something at night on the 18th and there has been no more updates no information I’ve called FedEx. They do not know where my phone is and I am getting frustrated. I don’t know what else to do I was doing a promotion where I have to send my old phone in by a certain date, and I am hoping that I don’t lose that promotion because of this FedEx is the worst shipping company I have ever seen. I have had nothing but problems with FedEx in the past with packages being stolen for things arriving with my items, not in the box.

Update I received my phone it was about 5 days late but I did receive it and love it
